Coaches and Volunteers

Volunteers and Coaches are an essential part of most minor sports programs. Every organization relies on these dedicated volunteers to ensure that their programs run smoothly and as efficient as possible.

Our structured program enables our volunteers and coaches to learn the skills required for the upcoming years! From the basics of learning how to be an on-ice or off-ice assistant to learning the role and responsibilities of being a Head Coach, we have it covered.

The London Ice Dawgs will teach you everything from how to use proper game and rotation sheets to utilizing your ice time. We also instruct you on how to properly and fairly rotate the players to ensure that equal ice is offered to all, but most importantly to be committed to Fun, Participation and Development!

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer with the London Ice Dawgs, and didn't state so during the registration process, simply fill in the online form below and we will contact you with further details.

  • Please remember that parents who have not registered as an on-ice helper or coach are not allowed on the ice for any reason!
